Facility Planning, Design & Move Coordination Project Overview

HF Planners assisted our client in the relocation of their offices from Murray Hill, NJ into 3 ½ floors in Bridgewater, NJ. The space in Bridgewater came fully furnished on 2 ½ floors. HF Planners assisted with developing a furniture strategy, programming of each department to determine location in the building, reconfiguring the existing furniture to meet the new needs, inventorying furniture, and layout of the additional space. HF Planners responsibilities included creating RFP’s for furniture, installation, movers and signage; change management assistance; move coordination including tagging and on-site supervision.
