Temporary Position

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide design, project management, and technical support for engineering changes or modifications on site
  • Project engineering support for facilities-related projects: provide project definition, planning and control activities as required to support building and grounds-related facilities projects
  • Assist Facility Project Manager, Director of Construction and Director of Facilities to develop and implement project plans and execution.
  • Provide support for Facility Lease Management & Administration Activities:
    • Conduct lease review and documentation work
    • Manage lease space improvement projects worldwide
    • Assist team with worldwide real estate planning and administration work

Qualifications:

  • Superior, demonstrated project management skills
  • Demonstrated MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (intermediate level)
  • Demonstrated computed aided design skill (AutoCAD or equivalent) (intermediate level)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal relationship and internal customer service skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Facilities Supervisor role (mandatory)
  • 1-3 years experience in engineering or facility supervisory role (preferred)

Physical Demands: 

  • Extensive walking / movement inside of buildings and around exterior areas of the site
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders and stair
  • Must be able to work in outdoor conditions as required
