Covanta Energy of Oxford, NJ
The Covanta Warren Energy Resource Company, L.P., generates renewable energy resources. Their main facility, located in rural western New Jersey, began commercial operation in July 1988. The facility processes 548 tons per day of solid waste, which generates up to 13.5 megawatts of renewable energy sold through First Energy.
As Covanta experienced unprecedented expansion, Hunterdon Facility Planners assisted in managing and customizing their main offices to maximize efficiency while expanding and developing novel spaces to facilitate customer contact.

Inverness is at the forefront of the convergence between medical diagnostic testing and health management. They are a major global developer, manufacturer and marketer of advanced, pioneering professional and consumer medical diagnostic products, as well as a leader in specialized health management services.
Over the years, Hunterdon Facility Planners has supported Inverness in a variety of ways ranging from helping them to select ergonomically correct chairs to adding a training facility and then in the current economic climate; downsize their space to meet current needs. Scheduling was a main concern and HFP generated the timetable as well as coordinated with the building owner, contractors, furniture vendor and movers to ensure dates were met.
Sage ElderCare, Summit, NJ
Sage Elder Care in Summit, NJ, a non-profit health organization, has been offering care and support of seniors and their families in New Jersey for more than half a century.
When Sage approached HFP to help them better utilize their beautiful building, we were glad to assist. HFP surveyed the existing conditions, interviewed management to get an understanding of the overall operations and what they wanted to accomplish. With resourceful planning, HFP enabled Sage Elder Care to use their existing New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services license dramatically facilitating the transition processand allowing them to operate the core business without interuption of their daily activities or support for their clients.
