Ms. Shelly, a graduate of The International Academy of Merchandising and Design in Chicago, is an active board member of the New Jersey Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (NJ-IFMA). IFMA is the premier professional association for facility management, supporting the largest community of FM professionals in the industry, with more than 17,500 facility professionals throughout 50 countries. The New Jersey Chapter of IFMA supports that mission as an easily accessible resource of interaction, education and improvement of professional skills and knowledge.

Under her leadership, HFP has cultivated an enduring reputation as a creative and innovative partner in developing efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly solutions to a broad range of facility management challenges. A combination of an admirable portfolio and extensive in-service and specialized training allows HFP to offer services apporved by the US Green Building Council, a national non-profit oversight organization, offering such certification as the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED AP) certification.

With a surge in environmental awareness over the last few decades, many communities are now insisting that any facility planning under their supervision and requiring their permits accomodates the highest standards of sustainability. LEED AP certification assures planning boards and our clients alike that our facility planners understand and compley with those standards.

In the past decade, HFP has completed many successful projects for such clients as: Covant Energy, Foster Wheeler, Inverness Diagnostics, MedPointe Inc, Schering Plough, as well as extensive projects throughout the various Verizon New Jersey facilities.
